For legal reasons, a new contract with Three Daughters Storage is needed. We will require a new signed contract along with any renewal payments beginning April 1st, 2023.
We are going to honor existing customer's rental rates. Beginning April 1st, 2023, all payments need to be made out to Three Daughters Storage.
Beginning April 1st, 2023, all payments will need to be endorsed to Three Daughters Storage. Over the next the next 90 days, we are going to keep the drop box onsite and existing PO Box 94, Butler, IN, 46721 for payments. Everyone will be notified well in advance as we make changes in the future.
We are going to honor existing customers rental rates at this time. We will be reviewing the current rate structure against the surrounding area market and making appropriate adjustments. A 30-day notice will be sent out prior to any rate changes.
We are reviewing options for on-line credit card processing with the intent to have it fully functional by July 1st, 2023. This process will allow for both new rental contracts and monthly payments to be made on a secure on-line system.
We will work with all new customers to minimize any difficulty selecting a space and initiating a contract. We will publish spaces available on-line and allow for you to select a unit, acknowledge contract terms, purchase via credit card. When you arrive at your unit, you will find a contract inside. The contract needs to be filled out and placed in the drop box located next to Unit 9 in Building 1. Failure to complete contract will be a violation of terms and your unit will be RED locked until contract has been completed. Fully executed contracts will be sent back to you at the mailing address provided.
Yes, you supply your own lock. We encourage you to use a tamperproof lock such as a shrouded Master Lock sold at Home Depot or Amazon. Only 1 lock is allowed on a Unit.
Unfortunately, from time to time, we will have to install a RED lock on a Unit to limit access to the unit. The locks are only put on the unit for violations of terms and/or late payments.
Violations - You will be informed of any violations of terms of contract and given 48 hours to correct the violation prior to a RED lock being placed on unit. RED lock will be removed upon correction of any violation. Repeated violations will result in a voided contract, and you will be asked to vacate the Unit.
Late Payments - A RED lock will be placed on the Unit after an 8-day grace period to allow for mail in payments to arrive. On the 9th day of the month a RED Lock will be placed on the unit until receipt of late payment and late fee has been made. RED locks will be removed immediately upon receipt of payment.
