INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW

Rental has never been easier. You may choose any unit that is available on our website. Locate the Unit No. on our building map, review the on-line LEASE AGREEMENT text and then complete the secure on-line transaction and begin using the Unit.

Locate inside of the Unit, The LEASE AGREEMENT paperwork and Return Mail Envelope 

By processing the on-line payment, you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.

You will pick up your lease agreement inside of the unit that you have rented. Please sign your lease and complete the form to elect recurring billing and mail all paperwork to our mailing address PO Box 194, Butler, IN. 46721 within 3 days of receipt. Failure to return a signed lease does not release you from the terms of the lease and you will be asked to vacate the property. Once you’ve moved-in, you are subject to the rental contract by virtue of placing your property in the storage unit. The lease is for your protection as well as ours. Please return it in the SASE provided. Failure to do so will require you to vacate the property with no refunds. 

The Butler location can be accessed 24 hours a day so you can come and go as needed. There is limited lighting on the property, so we recommend scheduling time during daylight hours.  THERE IS NO ONSITE OFFICE. 

Our Home Office hours:  Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Sat. 9:00am - 1:00pm

                               WE WILL BE CLOSED SUNDAY AND ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS

Locks are the responsibility of the tenant.  Tenants are required to provide their own lock. Three Daughters Storage has no obligation to provide a lock or assume responsibility for a unit that has been left unlocked.  We recommend a disc slide lock that can be purchased at any big box or hardware store $13-$15.
